ZHANG Junjie

Hello everyone, my name is ZHANG Junjie and this is my testimonial. I've been living in Amiens for 4 months now and I've already experienced a lot.

First of all, the city of Amiens: it's a free city. I love walking around here and I often meet incredible people: people wave, smile at each other, walk their dogs... For me, this is the France I imagined before I came. It's not just landscapes, it's humanity. Amiens is the perfect place to study.

Next, I'd like to tell you about my teachers. When I started learning French at ISPA, my teacher François Carbonnier often gave us homework. For example, we had to ask passers-by questions about French celebrities. I was afraid I wouldn't succeed, but after a few tries, I managed on my own, and I realized that the people of Amiens are really helpful.

Julie works in reception. In addition to her work, she's a singer and she sings very well. I've already heard her sing several times. If you're a student at ISPA, I advise you to go and see her sing.

François Carbonnier is an erudite professor. He teaches us many incredible things. Attending his lecture is like diving into an ocean of knowledge.

Mr. Rodolphe Delacroix is very impressive. When he taught us the verb "to fall" we didn't understand, so he made the action of falling.

Miss Yaqiu Liu is our tutoring teacher. She's Chinese, so it's easier to explain to her if you run into problems. She has often helped me with grammar.

Mme Heidi, Mlle Marine, Mlle Clémentine and Mr Ding are very helpful and trustworthy. With teachers like them, I think everyone can integrate successfully in France.

Amiens is home to France's largest cathedral. When I look at it, I think it's magnificent. During my year at ISPA, I'm going to do everything I can to improve my French, and I'm sure I'll be able to.
