What does this service involve?

As soon as you arrive at the airport, our after-school team will welcome you to France and accompany you on your first trip to Amiens or Lille. This offer includes the following items:

Our team will book your transport to help you get around France with peace of mind. When you leave the airport, a driver will take you to your destination.

We organize your transport to your accommodation / school in Amiens or Lille, by individual / shared transport, for a smooth arrival.

This service is exclusively reserved for ISPA students and future students.
How do I subscribe to this service?

You can subscribe to this service after obtaining your visa and up to 5 days before your departure date on our booking site. The service is automatically invoiced as soon as the booking option has been validated by ISPA. Payment must be made in advance of the service.

Attention

If you wish to book a shared vehicle transfer, we recommend that you check the reservations on our website before purchasing your plane ticket. It is preferable to choose a shared transfer already booked by other passengers to avoid any risk of cancellation due to the minimum number of passengers not passengers.

What happens after I register?
Once you have subscribed to this service, the ISPA team will examine your request, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail once the request has been validated.
How do I determine the pick-up time at the airport?

As a general rule, you should allow between 1.5 and 2 hours between landing, clearing customs, collecting your luggage and meeting your driver. Here are some examples of flight arrival times and corresponding and corresponding pick-up times:

  • Arrival between 05:40 and 06:40： recommended time for transport: 8 a.m.
  • Arrival between 06h41-07h40, recommended transport time: 9h
  • Arrival between 07:41-08:40, recommended transport time: 10:00 am
  • Arrival between 08:41-10:00, recommended transport time: 11:30 a.m.
  • Arrival between 10h01-11h30, recommended time for transport: 13h
  • Arrival between 11h31-14h30, recommended time for transport: 16h

    • Please note that if you are late for your pick-up time, you may have to pay extra for parking at the airport.

    What can I do if the pick-up times offered on the site don't meet my needs?
    Please email parascolaire@amiens-ispa.fr at least five working days before your departure to discuss and arrange a pick-up with the ISPA team.
    How do I get to ISPA if I don't subscribe to this service?
    Once in France, you can reach Amiens or Lille by train, bus or cab. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the ISPA team by e-mail at parascolaire@amiens-ispa.fr.
