What's it all about?

ISPA offers several modules in university methodology, taught by experts:

  1. Module de Français sur Objectif Universitaire (French for University Purposes ): Ideal for all specialties, this module enables you to acquire the methodological fundamentals needed to succeed in any university course in France - Available in Amiens and Lille.
  2. Methodology module applied to economics: Specifically designed for economics and management students, this module enables you to consolidate your knowledge of methodology while reinforcing your vocabulary and skills in economics and management - Available only at Amiens.
  3. Methodology module applied to science: Dedicated to science students, this module provides the methodological foundations and basic knowledge needed to succeed in a scientific course at university or engineering school - Available only in Amiens.
Objective

The aim of these modules is clear: to provide you with the methodological skills you need to succeed in your university studies in France. You'll learn to master essential techniques such as note-taking, writing summaries, syntheses and university dissertations. Thanks to these modules, you'll be able to adapt quickly to academic requirements and stand out in your academic and professional work.

Access conditions

This course is designed for foreign students aged 16 and over living in Amiens/Lille, with a minimum level of B1 in French.

  • Course duration: 1 session of 3 hours per week
  • Dates:
    Semester 1: September to January
    Semester 2: January to May
  • Opening hours: Weekdays
  • Individual interview: Prior to registration, a personalized oral interview enables you to choose the module best suited to your academic goals and needs.

The teaching method of our modules is based on active, hands-on learning, with practical exercises adapted to your university studies in France. Here's what you'll learn:

  • Note-taking: Discover how to capture essential information quickly and efficiently during lectures, conferences or readings. You'll be able to organize your notes for easy and effective revision.
  • Summary writing: Master the art of summarizing a text or presentation by extracting key information while eliminating unnecessary details.

Registration fees (valid for 1 year - non-refundable): 20€ for individual registration - 100€ for company / OPCO financing

Tuition fees :

  • 1-semester package (12 sessions): €360
  • 2-semester package (24 sessions): €720
