Very responsive school, pleasant and efficient welcome. The explanations are very good.
The people at ISPA are friendly and very welcoming. I took the DELF B2 exam and the invigilators patiently answered all my questions. Registering for the exam was also very easy and I received my invitation in advance by email. I recommend ISPA!
Things went well at the reception desk. During the presentation of the exam in the room, it was great. She took good care of us, welcomed us well and explained to us how things would go during the written exam.
Complementary training of 3 hours well explained, top.For the day of the TCF IRN exam, the written part was a little complicated. The oral part went very well with the examiner.
The 3-hour complementary training went very well. For the TCF IRN exam, I couldn't finish the last exercise due to lack of time... but the oral went very well!
